What kind of brush is there which has the least possibility of having its bristles falling off?

It is to replace a 3.5 cm thick paint brush that can be used in water and is not at all harmful to human skin or has any contaminants in it. The bristles keep coming off so any suggestions?What kind of brush is there which has the least possibility of having its bristles falling off?
My dad doesn't use paint brushes, he uses the one's that are foamy and squishy, it also doesn't leave any streaks along with bristles don't fall off(for the reason that it has none) but ALL paint brushes that have bristles, the bristles will come off eventually.What kind of brush is there which has the least possibility of having its bristles falling off?
Instead of using the bristle ones, use the foam ones. They are usually black and you can buy them at any craft store. Even WalMart!! Yippee
