What are the differences between a dog brush and a dog comb?

When should I use a brush and when should i use a comb? How to purchase a brush or a comb that could suit my dog? My dog has long coat but i clip it short for most of the time. What are the differences between a dog brush and a dog comb?
A brush does a better job of cleaning debris off the skin and is a stimulant.A comb does a better job getting tangles out. What are the differences between a dog brush and a dog comb?
A brush is for more of a long haired dog. A comb is more for short haired dogs and for getting there hair just right for like a dog show.
one is a brush and une is a comb. use a comg when your dog is wet, and use a brush when the dog is dry
a comb is usually like a flea comb.

Brush most of the time unless you are tying to get fleas.
