How do I get brush marks to disappear from the paint brush?

I touched up the paint on my bathroom wall and now I have brush marks. I have tried painting over them but they still show. Do I continue to let it dry and keep painting over it?How do I get brush marks to disappear from the paint brush?
Let it dry. then do a second coat. if the marks are still visable, then do a third. also, try getting more paint on your brush. How do I get brush marks to disappear from the paint brush?
Either use a better brush or roller this is the answer and dont be afraid to get paint on them.
No! Get really fine sandpaper. Lightly sweep in circular motion. You may end up taking some of the paint off, but your used to touching up spots on your wall. The paint might have dried too quick or you had the fan on. The best way to paint is with a/c on. but not for too long. gl
Does your paint have a sheen to it? Eggshell, Satin or Semi-gloss? Did you try to touch up on the wall with a brush, where it was previously rolled. Paints with sheens are hard to touch up. Lightly sand the touched up spot. Then roll that spot feathering out with your roller marks.
use a roller. There are small touch up oines at craft stores like jo-ann fabrics.
If they are very bad you can lightly sand the area when completely dry, and repaint. The way to get rid of brush strokes is to paint the area, and then ';tip'; the area, very light strokes with just the brush tip. The paint should flow together before it dries.

Its easier with oil paints . Latex can be mixed with a product called flotrol (?) to make it flow batter. Or thin the paint a little .
could be the quality of brush you used, next time use a roller
Wait for the paint to completely dry. Lightly sand over the spot. Then instead of using a paint brush, dab paint onto a clean dry cloth a just dab it over the spots. Makes for a much less noticeable touch-up.
Sand it to smooth first before painting over it.
